Executive Kitchen Manager

Job Summary Executive Kitchen Manager oversees daily kitchen operations while adhering to company brand standards. The role requires passion, integrity, and knowledge, and embodies and promotes Love, Energy, and Food. Responsibilities include conducting inventory and ordering based on menu and demand, working in a fast‑paced environment, supporting team members during peak hours, and providing direction and best practices in all aspects of kitchen operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage sanitary inspections. Verify and correct storage and preparation of all products based on Craft Food Halls standards. Streamline kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times. Perform random quality control checks on food leaving the kitchen. Check and maintain hot and cold storage temperature control points. Supervise kitchen team members to ensure compliance with food and safety standards. Maintain a positive work environment for your team. Train team members on menu builds and standards. Apply corrective action and corrective training where necessary. Set regular cleaning and organizational standards and verify maintenance by team members. Conduct daily alignments with team members and management. Partner with the General Manager and ensure an open line of communication. Communicate with the General Manager about scheduling needs based on anticipated business activity. Execute all aspects of the CFH HACCP Plan and uphold associated responsibilities. Monitor and update all par levels. Knowledge Kitchen operations and cooking techniques. Basic Google Workspace and Microsoft Office knowledge. Ability to read and understand financial reports while teaching team members. Skills Multitasking. Ability to work as part of a team. Organization. Excellent interpersonal communications.
