The Worksphere in Houma, LA is seeking an Operations Manager to build the operational backbone for a growing residential HVAC company. Reports to the Owner and will design and implement processes, systems, and workflows to scale efficiently while maintaining exceptional service. You will oversee pricing, scheduling, accounting workflows, CRM implementation (ServiceTitan), and field operations; lead rollout of systems, establish best practices, and create dashboards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
