Esta posicin ayuda con:

Reparaciones en habitaciones de huspedes

Mantenimiento preventivo

Trabajos bsicos de plomera, electricidad y pintura

Solucin de problemas de HVAC y sistemas mecnicos

Mantenimiento general de las instalaciones

Responder a solicitudes de mantenimiento de huspedes

Se prefiere experiencia en mantenimiento hotelero, pero no es requerida.

Descripcin General Del Trabajo

Responder a las solicitudes de mantenimiento de huspedes y del hotel de manera oportuna mientras ayuda a mantener la propiedad en condiciones seguras, limpias y eficientes. Esta posicin trabaja de cerca con el equipo de Ingeniera para completar mantenimiento preventivo, reparaciones y el mantenimiento diario en todo el hotel.

Responsabilidades

Responsabilidades:

Responder a las solicitudes de mantenimiento de huspedes y del hotel de manera oportuna y profesional
Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones generales en todo el hotel
Ayudar con trabajos bsicos de plomera, electricidad, pintura, HVAC y solucin de problemas de equipos
Ayudar a mantener habitaciones de huspedes, reas pblicas, cocina, lavandera y reas internas del hotel
Completar rdenes de trabajo diarias y documentar las reparaciones realizadas
Realizar recorridos rutinarios por la propiedad para asegurar que el hotel se mantenga seguro y en buenas condiciones
Comunicarse con los miembros del equipo por radio durante el turno
Responder adecuadamente a situaciones de emergencia o seguridad cuando sea necesario
Mantener reas de trabajo limpias y organizadas
Reportar condiciones inseguras o problemas de reparacin al liderazgo

Calificaciones:

Diploma de preparatoria o equivalente preferido
Se prefiere experiencia previa en hoteles, apartamentos, mantenimiento de edificios, construccin o mantenimiento general
Conocimientos bsicos de plomera, electricidad, HVAC, pintura y reparaciones generales
Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo
Comodidad usando radios, completando rdenes de trabajo y manteniendo registros
Licencia de conducir vlida preferida para el uso de equipos de remocin de nieve y vehculos de la empresa

Requisitos Fsicos:

Capacidad para permanecer de pie, caminar, agacharse, levantar y moverse por toda la propiedad durante los turnos
Capacidad para levantar y cargar herramientas, equipos y suministros de mantenimiento segn sea necesario
Capacidad para trabajar en interiores y exteriores bajo diferentes condiciones climticas
Capacidad para subir escaleras y utilizar escaleras de mano cuando sea necesario
