Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person, online, and by phone to start the sales process
• Learn the full Nissan product line and become a trusted automotive expert
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives highlighting features and benefits
• Present pricing, financing, and leasing options clearly and professionally
• Follow a proven sales process to guide customers from first contact to final delivery
• Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Manage leads using our CRM system to maximize follow-up and appointment setting
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a premium buying experience
• Prospect for new leads and opportunities through online platforms and community outreach

• Automotive sales experience preferred
• Sales experience in any industry required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• High-energy, outgoing “people person” with a drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills both in person and online
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM and digital sales tools
• A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Applicants must pass pre-employment screening
