Regional Human Resources Business Partner Brookdale Dental provides an opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to partner with business leaders across a region, ensuring alignment of people strategy with the organization’s objectives. Key Responsibilities Align business objectives with associates and management across the assigned region. Serve as a consultant to management on all human resource related matters. Act as a culture driver, associate champion and change agent. Identify and anticipate HR needs; proactively communicate with Centers of Expertise (COE) and Operational Leadership to develop integrated solutions. Formulate partnerships within the HR function to deliver value‑added services that support business goals. Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in compliance with state and federal laws. Provide guidance on hiring, compensation, performance management, benefits, and other associate matters. Manage and resolve complex associate relations issues, including investigations, counseling, corrective action and performance improvement plans. Oversee involuntary termination procedures and approve separation notices. Conduct exit interviews, wage analyses, and trend analysis of HR metrics. Lead talent initiatives in collaboration with Talent Management COE: training, development, and succession planning. Ensure timely and thorough investigation of Integrity Line alerts and union organizing activities. Represent the organization in legal proceedings and partner with Legal and Associate Relations departments. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisory leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum five years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced knowledge and skills in compensation, organizational diagnosis, associate relations, diversity, performance management, and applicable federal and state employment laws. Strong analytical and decision‑making skills; ability to solve problems with limited precedent. Experience managing a full cycle of associate relations and HR policy guidance. Clear understanding of wage analysis, market data, and compensation strategy. Experience partnering with COEs, Legal, Talent Management, and Operational Leadership. Preferred: SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM‑CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM‑SCP). Physical Demands & Working Conditions Standing, walking, sitting, and using hands and fingers to handle or feel. Reaching with hands and arms; talking and hearing. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Requires interaction with co‑workers, residents, or vendors. Occasional weekend, evening, or night work to cover shifts. On‑call as needed. Possible exposure to communicable diseases, latex, blood‑borne pathogens, chemicals, and other hazards. Requires frequent travel within the assigned region.
