Labor and Employment Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Labor and Employment Associate for its Appleton, WI office. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, providing legal expertise in labor and employment matters. Duties Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Advise clients on state and federal labor and employment laws. Represent clients before administrative agencies and courts. Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and assist with trial preparation. Stay current on legal developments and provide practical legal solutions. Requirements 4+ years of experience in labor and employment law. Experience handling employment-related litigation. Excellent research, writing, and drafting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Superior organizational and time management skills. Full-time availability with flexible hours. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Interest in a collaborative and intellectually stimulating environment. Education J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
