Payroll Specialist
Looking for a candidate who can guide less experienced team members. Key qualifications include:
- 23 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state or large organization setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, or similar platforms
- Understanding of payroll compliance and regulations, including tax filings and wage laws
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead or mentor junior staff when needed
