The impact you will have: Assess your accounts and develop a strategy to identify and engage all buying centers Use a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers Identify the most viable use cases in each account to maximize Databricks impact Orchestrate and work with teams to maximize the impact on your ecosystem Build value with all engagements to promote successful negotiations to close point Building account strategy, territory plan successfully prospecting into new customers while accurately managing a pipeline and forecast across multiple quarters Ability to manage competitive deals with awareness to proactively escalate when help is needed Promote Databricks enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark Be Customer focused by delivering technical and business results using the Databricks Platform What we look for: 5+ years experience in opensource, data platform or cloud infrastructure direct sales positions with an understanding of consumption GTM motions Prior customer relationships with CIOs and important decision-makers Demonstrated successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets for new logo acquisition and customer growth Ability to balance prioritization of prospecting with growing existing customer usage Simply articulate intricate cloud technologies and big data Experience exceeding sales quotas Success closing new business to existing accounts Bachelor’s Degree Databricks
