Warehouse Associate – Direct Hire – Amazon – Belgrade, MT Pay: $19.50 to $20.00/hour plus $3000 sign-on bonus. Shift options: days, nights, weekends. About the Role As a Warehouse Associate, you will pick, pack, sort, stow, and stage products for shipment, operate handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory, move products safely throughout the facility, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, sort, stow, and stage products for shipment Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders Move products safely around the facility and operate equipment in a secure manner Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols Meet productivity and quality goals Key Requirements Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation) Comfort working in a warehouse environment with noise and varying temperatures Reliable attendance and dependable transportation Preferred qualifications include warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, production, or general labor experience and familiarity with RF scanners or handheld devices, but are not required.
