Position Overview
Inspire Medical Staffing is seeking experienced CRNAs for locums assignments in Boston. These opportunities offer a consistent schedule, supportive anesthesia teams, and a balanced case mix in hospital-based settings.

Schedule:
Flexible schedules and shift options

Clinical Setting:
Hospital-based anesthesia departments
Adult patient population primarily
Case mix may include general surgery, orthopedics, GI, and other routine procedures (varies by site)

Team structure:
Supervising anesthesiologists and collaborative CRNA teams

Responsibilities:
Administer anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safe anesthesia delivery
Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff

Scope of Practice:
Full-scope CRNA practice depending on site
Cases may vary by location but are primarily bread-and-butter procedures
No highly specialized or complex cases required at most sites

Requirements:
Board-certified CRNA
Active state license (or ability to obtain in Massachusetts)
Prior clinical anesthesia experience required
