Distribution Center Operations Manager Hazleton, Pennsylvania A leading national distribution and supply chain organization is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations within a high-volume distribution center. This position will lead an entire shift operation across multiple functional areas while driving safety, productivity, service, and employee engagement. Responsibilities Lead daily distribution center operations for an assigned shift Oversee multiple departments including inbound, outbound, transportation, inventory movement, and specialty operations Manage and develop supervisors and frontline leadership teams Drive performance against productivity, quality, safety, and service KPIs Lead pre-shift meetings and operational communications Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Develop talent and succession plans for future leadership growth Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English required 5 years of distribution center, warehouse, or logistics leadership experience Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment Proven success managing performance, productivity, and operational metrics Experience across multiple warehouse functions including inbound and outbound operations Strong communication and people leadership skills Flexibility to support various shift schedules Preferred Experience Retail distribution Automotive aftermarket distribution Transportation operations Multi-department distribution center leadership P&L accountability Why Consider This Opportunity Large-scale distribution operation Significant leadership visibility Career advancement opportunities Strong bonus potential Stable and growing organization
