Financial Systems Administrator/Project Manager

Plainview, NY

Our client is a large, national corporation that needs a strong financial systems admin to help get their technical platforms efficient and prepared for continued growth. Have you managed G/L system or been a Super User on one before? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to make an immediate impact on an organization and set yourself up for future growth within the company! They are in the office 3 days a week currently. This is a permanent position offering a salary of $120,000 to $130,000 plus bonus, full benefits, strong 401k match, etc.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Administration and assistance for end-users on multiple accounting/finance platforms

· Work closely with all stakeholders to maximize the ROI of the system

· Evaluate current processes, explore and implement improvements

Your qualifications should include:

· Administration or Super User background with a G/L system

· Solid understanding of general accounting

· Leadership abilities, but also a hands-on approach

· Strong understanding of the needs of end-users and the ability to communicate those needs to the IT group
