Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Manager role is based in West Babylon, NY. The Project Manager oversees elevator installation, modernization, and service projects from initiation through completion, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors and internal teams, tracking project milestones, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves expediting materials and permits, resolving site issues, communicating with clients and inspectors, and aligning logistics to support field operations. The Project Manager collaborates closely with operations leadership to optimize workflows, manage risks, and support continuous improvement across projects. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, scope management, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage permits, approvals, and material flows efficiently. Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills, with the ability to coordinate and prepare for regulatory and safety inspections. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize deliveries, equipment, and field resources across multiple job sites. Experience in construction, elevator, or vertical transportation projects is highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and clients. Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools. Demonstrated ability to work on-site, make timely decisions, and uphold safety and quality standards.
