• Assist in collecting specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all processes, guide new team members or students in their learning, and maintain lab quality standards.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment while complying with industry regulations and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within one year of commencing employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification is required throughout your tenure.
