divh2Warehouse Specialist/h2pEssential Duties Responsibilities/pulliAssist Inventory Supervisor with daily inventory tasks: Discrepancy reconciliation, Inquiries, PODs, Restock/No Restock justification, etc./liliOperate forklift or other equipment as required in the movement of material within the distribution center. Complete a daily vehicle inspection report prior to operating any equipment. Responsible for the proper charging of the vehicles after use. May perform routine preventative maintenance as required./liliManage the daily pick wave. Sorting orders and delivering to the Shipping Supervisor. Ability to recognize issues during sorting and escalating with the proper parties to avoid negative impacts to the pick floor./liliAssist Receiving Supervisor with receiving inbounds into Oracle. Also, problem solve receipt issues to find the proper resolution./liliCheck and manage the facility training obligations to remain in compliance./liliTrain all new Specialists and perform performance spot checks within first 90 days./liliBe the SME for returns/restocks, available and ready for all audits/inspections./liliMaintain professional communications with Customers, Customer Service and Management while processing and reviewing Returns./liliEnter in productivity data weekly./liliAssist with replenishments to maintain picking productivity./liliVendor invoice review and reconciliation for payment./liliReview and track facility licensing monthly to ensure licenses are valid and being renewed with Distribution Admin./liliFlex hours to assist with cycle counts as needed./liliAccuracy, attention to detail, and neatness is expected./liliProcess waste manifests and interact with Inventory Manager in a clear and professional manner./liliWork independently and proactively. Clearly communicate with management and department personnel on key issues regarding returns processing./liliAdhere to all good manufacturing practices, Food and Drug guidelines and Drug Enforcement Laws./liliPerform general housekeeping duties./liliWork in teams as designated.
