IT Account Executive

BAMM Inc. is located in Eatontown, NJ and we are looking to expand our team! We are currently looking for motivated IT Account Executives to maintain and grow established accounts while also identifying and developing new accounts. Responsibilities include generating new business through outside sales activities, building long-term client partnerships, coordinating with recruiters, maintaining and monitoring client contractual service agreements, quickly resolving customer issues, using ATS to manage activity, conducting client visits, identifying and qualifying new job orders, presenting candidates to hiring managers, working to find a win/win for all situations, and attending networking functions to identify new clients and develop market knowledge. Required skills include 3+ years in the technology staffing industry, ability to overcome objections, identify buying signals, close the deal, experience with face to face sales, ability to take directions and strive to accomplish challenging goals, strive to continuously build knowledge and skills, excellent listening and documentation skills, ability to speak clearly and persuasively, and demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles to achieve goals. Additional skills include understanding of applications development, networking, database design, business intelligence, ERP or CRM, understanding of the local job market as it pertains to technology, and BA/BS degree in technology, engineering, or business management.
