What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day) Solve the Puzzle: Lead boundary analysis, ALTA/NSPS title surveys, topographic maps, and subdivision plats. Dig Into the History: Conduct deep historical deed research at county offices and via digital databases to trace the true intent of original descriptions. Own the Final Product: Provide QA/QC and apply your final legal stamp and signature on all official survey deliverables.
