ServiceNow PM Workflows Consultant

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow VRM professional to design, configure, implement, and support ServiceNow Vendor Risk Management (VRM) solutions. The candidate should have strong experience with vendor onboarding, third-party risk assessments, questionnaires, risk scoring, vendor due diligence, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.

• Implement and configure ServiceNow Vendor Risk Management (VRM) modules.
• Manage the complete third-party/vendor risk lifecycle from onboarding through assessment and ongoing monitoring.
• Configure vendor profiles, risk assessments, questionnaires, scoring, and workflows.
• Develop and customize VRM applications, forms, business rules, workflows, notifications, and UI policies.
• Configure Vendor Risk Assessments (VRAs) and automated assessment processes.
• Implement vendor segmentation, inherent risk scoring, residual risk, and risk treatment processes.
• Integrate VRM with ServiceNow GRC, Risk, IRM, Procurement, and other enterprise applications.
• Work with business, security, compliance, procurement, and risk teams to gather requirements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and risk metrics for vendor management.
• Configure automated notifications, approvals, escalations, and remediation workflows.
• Support data migration and integration of existing vendor information into ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing ServiceNow VRM support.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain proper technical documentation.

• Strong understanding of IT risk, security, compliance, and third-party risk processes

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow IRM / GRC certification
• ServiceNow VRM certification, if applicable

Ideal Candidate The strongest candidates will have hands-on ServiceNow VRM implementation experience, rather than only general ServiceNow administration. Look for candidates who have specifically worked with vendor onboarding assessments/questionnaires risk scoring remediation continuous monitoring/reporting.
