This is why having Ultra High Net Worth Individual Tax Planning, Preparation, Review & Compliance is vital. Because of our growth, we are looking for a Manager, Senior Manager or Director level accountant to hit the ground running. Responsibilities-Lead the review of complex tax returns, with a focus on Ultra/High Net Worth Individuals, Trust, Estate, Gift & NFP. -Oversee tax compliance and ensure timely filing of all federal, state, and local tax returns.-Advise clients on tax-saving strategies, including tax planning, structuring, and compliance for businesses and individuals.-Remotely Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and oversight on client projects.-Stay current with changing tax regulations and ensure clients are aware of potential impacts on their financial strategies.-Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering proactive tax advice and fostering trust.-Collaborate with the financial planning and asset management teams to provide integrated services and ensure all financial aspects of clients' needs are met.-Provide support for tax audits and inquiries by tax authorities as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's is preferred).Active CPA Certification7+ years of recent experience in tax accounting or public accounting.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, with proven experience in tax planning and compliance.Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.Benefits- Fully Remote (HQed in California but open to anywhere in the United States) - Medical/Dental Vision - 401K with Match - Potential Bonuses - Unlimited PTO (Minimum of 15 days you MUST take) - Tuition Reimbursement
