Service Desk Analyst

Are you an eager and passionate technical Service Desk professional that is interested in working within an enterprise organization? This candidate will be responsible for providing phone support for various systems and hardware. Out ideal candidate will have previous knowledge and experience providing remote support for requests ranging from password resets, Microsoft authenticator, phone system support, etc. Customers are all internal to the organization but could vary from cafeteria workers, internal IT members, finance employees, physicians, etc. California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
