Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain and organize client files, databases, and office documentation
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and staff calendars
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office support tasks
• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a welcoming attitude
• Support leadership with special projects and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
