NASDAQ is seeking two remote Calypso Back Office/Post-Trade Business Analysts to support multiple U.S. client engagements from November 2, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The positions include one Mid-Level (3–7 years experience) and one Senior (7+ years experience) resource. Candidates based in Latin America are preferred, with U.S.-based consultants considered as a secondary option. Candidate submissions are due by October 8, 2026.Responsibilities

Selected consultants will act as experienced Calypso implementation consultants supporting Nasdaq professional services projects. Responsibilities include:
Supporting Calypso implementations, optimizations, and post-go-live activities.
Performing Back Office and Post-Trade business analysis.
Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Supporting configuration, testing, issue analysis, and implementation activities in Calypso.
Producing project documentation and deliverables.
Collaborating with Nasdaq project teams and client stakeholders.
Applying relevant Calypso expertise across Collateral Management, Fixed Income, Equity Derivatives, Treasury, Hedge Accounting, Clearing, Foreign Exchange Derivatives, and Interest Rate Derivatives.
Supporting changing project priorities throughout the engagement.

Latin America-based candidates
Nasdaq certification
Mandatory:

Calypso implementation experience
Back Office/Post-Trade Business Analyst experience
Experience supporting Calypso configuration, testing, documentation, and delivery activities
Ability to support multiple client projects and changing priorities
Either 3–7 years or 7+ years of relevant experience, depending on the proposed position
