Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, particularly with middle school students
• Understanding of IEP implementation, classroom management, and differentiation strategies
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver resource instruction according to each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting instructional approaches as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success

• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP/team meetings
