Associate Director of Development

Leading nonprofit fundraising and communications efforts, the full-time Associate Director of Development will develop strategies, provide expert consultation, and manage multiple client projects remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive fundraising and communications strategies for nonprofit clients Assist clients in securing funding, drafting proposals, and enhancing donor relationships Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality consulting services Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, journalism, or a related field (Master's preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, communications, or media, with a focus on journalism preferred Proven track record of developing successful fundraising and communications strategies Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in grant writing and donor relations
