Vice President of Warehouse Operations

Position Overview

An established organization is seeking a seasoned operations executive to oversee warehouse and distribution functions. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational performance, developing organizational capabilities, and ensuring efficient execution across all warehouse activities. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader who can balance long-term planning with day-to-day operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of warehouse and distribution operations.
• Develop operational strategies that improve productivity, efficiency, and service levels.
• Lead and develop warehouse leadership while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Evaluate operational performance through key metrics and implement improvements where needed.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to support business objectives and operational priorities.
• Oversee inventory management, labor planning, facility operations, and logistics functions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, policies, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to organizational planning and executive decision-making initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Prior executive or senior leadership experience overseeing complex warehouse operations is strongly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
