We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organizationFront Office SupervisorThe Front Office Supervisor leads and manages all front office operations including the front desk, switchboard, medical records, and managed care departments. This role ensures exceptional customer service, efficient patient flow, and compliance with clinic policies while supervising and training front office staff.Key Responsibilities:Supervise, train, and evaluate front desk, switchboard, medical records, and managed care staffOversee patient registration, check-in, scheduling, and customer service standardsEnsure compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and operational policiesSupport patient flow and resolve patient concerns in coordination with clinic leadershipManage daily administrative operations including mail, supplies, equipment, and reportingAssist with quality improvement audits and performance reportingQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferredMinimum 2 years ambulatory front office experience; supervisory experience preferredStrong customer service, leadership, and organizational skillsComputer proficiency (Microsoft Office) requiredBilingual English/Spanish preferredFast-paced outpatient clinic environment.Sea Mar is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive benefits package.Starting Wage: $26.62 per hourWork Schedule: Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays)Hourly - Hourly Plan, 26.62 USD HourlyWhat We Offer:Sea Mar offers talented and motivated people the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing community health organization.
