UI/UX Senior Designer
Location - Alpharetta, GA or Wilmington, DE (5 days onsite is mandatory)
Job Summary: The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs for user interfaces and user experiences. They will play a key role in enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and interaction between the user and the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
- Design graphic user interface elements like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and usability testing
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
- Collaborate within team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
- In-depth understanding of UI/UX best practices
- Strong portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX design projects
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
