Our administrative team handles the business aspects, including client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, and compliance, allowing you to focus exclusively on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and intake interviews to establish therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Provide ongoing individual counseling sessions to a minimum of 25 clients each week, adapting approaches to meet the specific needs of each individual.

• Monitor and document client progress using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele for this position includes adults aged 18 and above who may be facing a range of mental health challenges. You will work with individuals from various backgrounds, including those from the LGBTQIA+ community and other diverse populations. Your role will be crucial in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, providing a safe and affirming space for self-exploration and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active LCSW license to practice in California.
\n
• At least 3 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience, preferably in a virtual setting.

• Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy methodologies.

• Strong capacity to connect with clients from marginalized communities, particularly with members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in men's mental health is preferred but not mandatory.

• A proven track record working with various minority and diverse populations will be highly regarded.

• You will need to possess professional malpractice insurance, ensuring that your practice meets industry standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
