Job Overview We are looking for a Catering Lead to manage catering operations, ensuring guests receive quality Panera dining experiences. Responsibilities Manage and produce catering orders for guests. Create memorable experiences with warm service, effective communication, and proactive follow-ups. Assist with delivering orders to events. Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards. Maintain Panera's standards for food quality. Build excitement and interest in Panera’s products and services. Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events. Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Completed basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card). Enjoy working with people and have effective communication skills. Self‑starter who meets goals with limited supervision. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Own a vehicle usable for deliveries and an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 25‑50 pounds. Capability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours. Clear communication and quick understanding in a loud environment. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Commitment to Panera’s Guiding Values and Behaviors.
