Litigation Associate AttorneyLocation: Roseville or Irvine, CA (Hybrid)Compensation: $130,000 – $190,000 per year (depending on experience) + BonusA premier, growing civil litigation and business law firm with a strong regional footprint across multiple states is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team in either Roseville or Irvine, California. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious attorney seeking meaningful hands-on litigation experience, strong partner mentorship, direct client interaction, and a clear path for long-term career growth in a collaborative, highly respected firm environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging cases independently while collaborating closely with partners and team members.Handling complex civil litigation matters, with a focus on construction defect, real estate disputes, business litigation, and builder/developer representation.Drafting substantive law and motion pleadings, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.Taking and defending depositions of key witnesses, experts, and parties.Representing clients in court hearings, appearances, and mediations.Fostering direct client relationships and developing independent legal judgment.Qualifications & RequirementsActive membership in good standing with the State Bar of California is required.Proven experience managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.Construction defect, real estate, and/or business litigation experience is strongly preferred.Superior legal writing, analytical thinking, and research capabilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Compensation & Benefits Package$130,000 to $190,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.Bonus available for billable hours achieved above the standard target (Target: 1,800 billable hours per year / ~150 hours per month).Additional discretionary bonus opportunities based on firm and individual performance.Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and 401k.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume to Nykki McAdoo at View email address on click.appcast.io qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
