This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Tarrytown, NY - on-siteDiscover your role:Purifies protein reagents and antibodies using standard chromatography platforms and automated systemsPerforms purification and analytical chromatography, including affinity, ion-exchange (IEX), hydrophobic interaction (HIC), and size-exclusion (SEC)Characterizes proteins using Western blotting, SDS-PAGE, SEC, and UV/Vis spectrophotometryEnters, analyzes, and documents data in Benchling; prepares presentations and summaries for team reviewCommunicates findings clearly and concisely to managers and cross-functional partnersThis role requires:BS or MS in biology, molecular biology, protein chemistry, chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related field2–4 years of relevant laboratory experience (industry or academic)Proficiency in protein characterization techniques (e.g., Western blot, SDS-PAGE, SEC, spectrophotometry)Strong foundation in protein chemistryExcellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsPreferred qualifications:Experience operating ÄKTA or comparable chromatography systems and associated softwareFamiliarity with method development and troubleshooting across affinity, IEX, HIC, and SEC workflowsProficiency with Benchling and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Excel, GraphPad Prism)Experience preparing technical presentations and contributing to cross-functional project discussionsCore competencies:Detail-oriented with strong documentation practicesProductive and proactive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProblem-solver with a continuous improvement mindsetStrong time management with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesTools & Technologies (a plus):AKTA/Unicorn or similar chromatography platformsBenchling and ELN systemsUV/Vis spectrophotometers, SEC systems, gel imaging platformsDoes this sound like you?
