About Our Client

A well-established Mid-Atlantic construction management and general contracting firm specializing in complex healthcare, life science, higher education, corporate, and infrastructure projects. Since 1988, the company has built a reputation for delivering technically demanding projects through expert preconstruction planning, construction management, and design-build services across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Job Description

Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for smooth project execution.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely completion.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address project needs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

Experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency with project management tools and software.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success.
