Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED certification

Experience:

• Two years of shipment processing experience in a manufacturing warehouse required.

Skills/Abilities:

• Effectively communicates (written/verbal) with personnel from all departments
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred

ESSENTIAL RESULTS:

• Promotes organization and good work ethic
• Maintains and improves standards for department.
• Can process UPS, FedEx packages.
• Knows how to process a truck order.
• Can operate ERP System and knows how to do delivery notes and tracking numbers.
• Creates commercial invoices on UPS and Fed Ex
• Understands and be able to use RADLEY
• Maintains accurate UPS and FedEx shipping records.
• Handles all paper work for shipping area.
• Assist in documenting procedures for area
• Ensures that all customers requiring special labeling are shipped correctly.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance
• Cross training required for other warehouse positions
• Other duties as required.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Must be able to work overtime, including weekends (when applicable)
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk and work on a computer.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 30lbs. without assistance. Anything above 30 lbs. requires a team lift.
• Must be able to work in non-climate/non-dust-controlled areas
• Must be able to wear required safety PPE.
