About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Global Solution Engineering to lead the transformation of its technical sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and operating model for Solution Engineering, with a focus on driving ARR, consumption, and account growth. This role requires a senior commercial and technical leader who can align technical resources with the company's highest-value accounts and growth opportunities. Key priorities include evolving the organization to be more proactive and account-focused, as well as leading the evolution toward AI-enabled and forward-deployed engineering. The VP will also be tasked with modernizing technical sales execution, creating scalable technical sales motions, and strengthening the SE-Product & Technology connection. Candidates for this role at the company should have a strong background in global technical sales, presales, or related organizations within enterprise software or infrastructure technology. The role demands a leader who can balance short-term commercial performance with long-term organizational capability, and who is adept at influencing executive decision-making and driving sustainable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and transforming large global organizations, as well as a strong bias toward execution, collaboration, and accountability. They must be able to engage credibly with both technical practitioners and senior executives and be committed to developing the next generation of SE talent. The role is pivotal in creating a high-performance culture with a focus on measurable accountability for business outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and talent health.
