What You'll Do

As a  Remote Customer Service Team Leader , you'll combine hands-on client service with leadership, coaching, and team development.

  Lead, Coach & Develop

• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor developing representatives

• Conduct virtual coaching and professional-development sessions

• Establish performance expectations and individual goals

• Monitor progress and identify coaching opportunities

• Help representatives improve communication, client-service, and relationship-building skills

• Encourage accountability, consistency, and professional growth

• Recognize strong performance and leadership potential

• Help develop future trainers, mentors, and team leaders

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-focused remote culture

  Support Clients & Working Families

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits

• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Recommend appropriate benefit solutions

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with service needs

• Maintain long-term relationships through professional follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone
