Schedule & Work Setting

• Work Setting: On-site

• Session Length: 8-hour sessions

• Weekly Schedule: 2-5 days per week, based on your availability

• Scheduling: Flexible scheduling based on provider availability

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented Psychiatrists (MD/DO) to conduct high-quality disability compensation evaluations in accordance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

This is an evaluation-only role focused on conducting comprehensive assessments and providing objective medical opinions. The position does not involve prescribing medications, active treatment, or ongoing continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and structured psychiatric evaluations for disability compensation cases.

• Review relevant medical histories, records, and clinical documentation.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and accurately document findings.

• Prepare clear, objective, and evidence-based medical opinions and causation analyses.

• Complete evaluation reports using standardized templates and established guidelines.

• Ensure all evaluations and documentation comply with applicable federal, state, and organizational requirements.

• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Communicate clinical findings and opinions clearly and professionally.

• Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MD or DO degree.

• Active, unrestricted medical license in your state of residence.

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.

• Experience conducting psychiatric evaluations is preferred.

• Strong clinical documentation and medical writing skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized evaluation guidelines.

• Comfortable reviewing medical records and formulating evidence-based clinical opinions.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and compliance.
