Bilingual Immigration Paralegal

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. No weekends. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented candidate, fluent in both Spanish and English, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in the legal field. In this vital role, you will support our mission by managing client cases, preparing applications and leading client relations. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly and professional customer service to clients and prospective clients, helping them understand their case details and what is needed from them Draft, assemble and finalize applications and evidence packets for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Keep track of important deadlines and provide support in collecting all the documents needed for these deadlines Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policy, attending webinars and training sessions as necessary. Qualifications: At least one year of experience in the legal field (Preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Required) Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach Professional phone etiquette and demeanor towards clients and colleagues Ability to learn and use technology and programs like Camp Legal, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox Willingness to keep up-to-date with changing US immigration laws and policies Dependability, reliability, and honesty What we offer: Paid vacation time Paid holidays 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off the week between Christmas and New Year's Early closure on Fridays during summer months Free parking Office coffee station Opportunities for professional growth and development Friendly and supportive work environment Language Spanish (Required) This is a full-time position.
