Client Services Project Manager III

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Client Services Project Manager III to independently manage a portfolio of moderate to strategic client projects in a clinical operations role. The position involves end-to-end project delivery, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and client relationship management in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage portfolio of moderate to strategic client projects from initiation through completion
• Serve as primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project execution
• Develop and implement effective solutions aligned with client strategy and business objectives
• Support and guide team members while providing overall project leadership
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking with advanced analytical rigor

Requirements

• Advanced degree plus 3 years project management experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years
• Expertise in clinical trials, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Advanced budget management, forecasting, and financial tracking skills
• Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems, MS Office Suite, and project management tools
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP regulations and quality management systems
