Outside Sales Intern

The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026. We travel all throughout the Northeast region to sell commemorative items onsite. Our Spring season takes place during the weekends throughout May & June. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).

Qualifications:

• Availability throughout May & June (Especially our BUSY WEEKENDS *May 7-10, May 14-17*)
• Valid driver's license
• Provide own means of transportation to our office
• Freshman, sophomore or junior in college
• Open to traveling for extended periods of time
• Comfortable with driving and traveling
• Reliable and responsible
• Discipline to wake up early
• Stamina to work consecutively long days
• Organizational skills
• Effective member of a team
• Contribute towards sales goals
• Positive attitude throughout the day

Responsibilities:

• Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements
• Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
• Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
• Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
• Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
• Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
• Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site

Financial:

• Hourly pay of $17/hour
• Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals
