Insolvency and Restructuring Associate

A leading Am Law 100 practice is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its premier Insolvency and Restructuring team in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work on complex and high-profile matters alongside a nationally recognised group of professionals. Responsibilities Represent clients in and out of bankruptcy court, including workouts, asset acquisitions, DIP financing, and motion practice. Advise a wide range of stakeholders in insolvency and restructuring matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Work collaboratively with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, business-focused solutions. Manage multiple matters effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, including workouts, asset acquisitions, DIP financing, and motion practice. Excellent academic credentials with strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle matters independently and efficiently.
