Responsibilities Partner with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies to help uncover personal banking needs and navigate life priorities. Assist, educate, and train clients on simple transactions through self‑service technologies. Leverage resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy. Adhere to established processes, laws, and guidelines when opening accounts, maintaining accounts, and performing Digital Assisted Shopping. Manage client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients while abiding by all regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented and client‑centric environment, or prior role as Relationship Manager, Advisor Development Program RM, Credit Solutions Advisor, or Relationship Manager Business Owner Specialist at Bank of America for at least six months. Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client. Collaborates effectively, builds and nurtures strong relationships. Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives. Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging all clients in‑person and by phone. Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and changing circumstances. Applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet client needs. Demonstrates effective time management; able to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission within a few months of start date. Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within a reasonable distance. Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Desired Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or related field. Experience working in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded. Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment. Experience with financial information, spreadsheets and financial skills. Knowledge of banking products and services. Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications and experience with laptop technology.
