Job Title: Processing Equipment Mechanic – Weekend Night Shift Location: 7080 New Buffington Rd., Florence, KY 41042 Shift: Weekend nights 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM Position Overview The Processing Equipment Mechanic maintains processing equipment at the Florence manufacturing facility. Essential Qualifications Minimum 3 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience (education plus experience, including military technical training) Ability to rebuild valves, mills, pumps, and mechanical seals Ability to work on and troubleshoot controls, systems, transmitters, indicators, relays, starters, drives Experience and knowledge of electronics, including single‑ and three‑phase AC and DC Willingness to perform confined‑space entry inside tanks as needed for seal repair Ability to read and understand P&IDs Willingness to work overtime Nice to Have Knowledge of sanitary processing equipment Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs Experience using Microsoft Office applications Experience and involvement with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) processes Job Summary Responsible for maintaining processing equipment in the Florence Manufacturing facility. Job Requirements 3–5 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience (education plus experience, including military technical training) Knowledge of sanitary processing equipment Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs Experience using Microsoft Office applications Ability to read and understand P&IDs Ability to rebuild valves, mills, pumps, and mechanical seals Ability to work on and troubleshoot controls, systems, transmitters, indicators, relays, starters, drives Experience and knowledge of electronics, including single- and three-phase AC and DC Willing to perform confined‑space entry inside tanks as needed for seal repair Good communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize work efficiently Experience and involvement with TPM processes Must be willing to work overtime Physical Requirements Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
