Position Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of financial operations, including revenue cycle management across Medicare Advantage, Medicare Direct, Medicaid, and commercial payer lines.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic growth initiatives, including evaluating and executing on M&A opportunities.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team as the organization grows.
• Bring financial rigor and process to a fast-growing organization, ensuring strong reporting, controls, and forecasting.
• Partner closely with clinical operations leadership to understand the clinical data and care delivery model that underpins the business.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the Board of Directors and investors, providing clear financial visibility and strategic counsel.
• Lead financial systems evolution, including evaluating and implementing ERP and other infrastructure improvements to support growth.

Experience & Skills:

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare finance, with hands-on revenue cycle management expertise across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial payer lines.
• A track record of M&A and strategic transaction experience.
• Experience partnering with and advising sophisticated boards and investors.
• A builder's mindset, with experience developing financial infrastructure inside a scaling, evolving organization.
• Familiarity with clinical operations and clinical data, gained through direct experience or close partnership with clinical teams.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• NetSuite experience or experience leading an ERP migration is a plus.

Compensation $325k-$375k
