Member Experience Associate (Sales) - $26.95/hr + Commissions!

Job Summary The Member Experience Associate is primarily responsible for delivering outstanding service and value to our Members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting needs and expectations across multiple branch locations. This full‑time, onsite position at AAA Mountain View requires five days a week, including two Saturdays monthly, and mandates sales experience. Apply consultative sales techniques to uncover needs, present solutions, and close opportunities. Promote AAA products and services to Members to achieve both individual and branch goals, reinforcing membership value. Adjust solutions to each branch environment and respond to Member needs promptly. Support a collaborative environment by adapting to different branch teams and customer bases. Knowledge and Skills Customer Service – professional, friendly attitude, problem‑solving skills, ability to adapt communication style for high effectiveness. Sales – proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals, strong listening, adaptability, and communication skills to uncover needs and close sales. Technical – proficiency with multiple computer systems and applications; quick adaptation to varying system configurations. Operational Excellence – ensure process implementation and compliance, increase efficiencies in end‑to‑end flow. Education & Experience / Licenses & Certification High School Diploma or GED. 2–4 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in a sales role. Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are highly valued. Current and valid Driver’s License required; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding defined sales standards and goals. Customer service experience. Bilingual Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus. Working Environment / Minimum Physical Requirements Work in a variety of branch office environments that require standing, walking, or sitting at a desk, table, or computer workstation for extended periods. Flexibility with work shifts, availability to travel between locations including Saturdays, and ability to lift up to 15 pounds are required. Approximately 98% of time is spent using a video display terminal, and 50–80% involves a personal computer.
