Sr Finance Systems Analyst

Overview The Senior Finance Systems Analyst supports and governs assigned finance/accounting applications for the enterprise such as costing, productivity, benchmarking, budgeting, and related reporting tools. Responsibilities include platform administration, configuration/profile maintenance, business rules, testing, data integrity, user support, system documentation, analytics tied to those platforms, system audits, and reviewing application outputs to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely information. The analyst prepares comprehensive analyses to support decision making and works collaboratively with various stakeholders across the enterprise. Responsibilities Supports and governs assigned finance/accounting applications such as costing, productivity, benchmarking, budgeting, and reporting tools. Administers and maintains profiles, business/costing rules, testing, data integrity, user support, system documentation, and analytics. Leads financial projects, leveraging and analyzing operational data from various sources to improve performance. Builds and maintains dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate analytic insights through visualizations. Provides financial assessments and recommendations for operational departments using data reporting tools. Assists with month‑end close processes and analytical reporting to identify and explain variances. Builds relationships with operational leaders as a financial liaison for corporate accounting. Mentors new financial analysts and other organizational stakeholders. Leads projects to achieve corporate financial objectives. Maintains monthly financial reconciliations as assigned. Assists with ad‑hoc analytical projects, pro‑formas, and reporting requests. Handles accounting functions including contractual allowance reserve calculations, identification of appropriate accruals, and a broad understanding of income statement and balance sheet accounts. Supports system accounting and regional finance teams as needed. Qualifications Certifications: None specified. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. Work Experience: Finance, accounting, or related field experience required. Salary Range The compensation range for this position is $33.72 per hour - $58 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting.
