Customer Success Onboarding Specialist - Agency

Canopy Connect is building the infrastructure that powers best-in-class insurance experiences. We empower consumers to gain value and convenience from their own data, and we enable businesses to securely and quickly support their customers.

We're growing quickly and are scaling up. As an Onboarding Specialist, you'll ensure that Canopy Connect’s agency customers are successful with our product. This is a consultative position in which you will help our clients grow their businesses by selling more premium with less effort.

This is an opportunity to get in early with a well-capitalized startup.

About you

• 2 years of experience implementing sales enablement software in professional service companies (e.g. insurance, wealth planning, accounting etc).
• Demonstrated ability to work with clients from a variety of technical backgrounds.
• Experience delivering software demos and training in a high volume environment.
• Experience delivering online training to groups of up to 50 people.
• Ability to learn different platforms quickly (e.g. CRM, AMS, Raters).
• Bonus : Background in selling insurance software (e.g. raters, AMS, CRM)

Bonus: Deep insurance industry knowledge.

The expected salary range for this position is: $70k - $85k depending on experience and skills.
