The role demands a seasoned professional with at least 10 years' experience in communications, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity, and a proven track record of using communication to further organizational goals. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing a large team, overseeing the department's budget, and fostering collaborative partnerships both internally and externally.
