• Assist in gathering specimens and adequately prepare samples for laboratory analysis as required.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all procedures, mentor incoming staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a pristine and secure work environment, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be achieved within one year of employment.
• Continuing maintenance of the applicable certification throughout your tenure.
