Product Manager (Therapeutic Area Partner) – Israel We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to join our team in Israel. This role is critical in driving brand performance and shaping the future of innovative therapies across key therapeutic areas. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership – Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with local and global objectives and driving sustainable growth. Brand Planning & Execution – Own the Brand Plan and Tactical Plan, ensuring high-quality execution through close collaboration with cross-functional partners including Medical, Market Access, and Sales. Market & Customer Insight – Continuously analyze the competitive landscape, clinical data, and customer insights to identify opportunities and shape impactful strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Act as a key integrator across functions, fostering strong collaboration to ensure alignment, execution excellence, and delivery of business objectives. Customer Engagement – Engage with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders to understand unmet needs, gather insights, and translate them into actionable plans. Project Leadership – Lead key marketing initiatives, including campaigns, congress activities, and innovative engagement channels. Business Planning & Analytics – Develop forecasts, patient models, and performance tracking to support data-driven decision-making. Compliance & Ethics – Ensure all activities are fully compliant with applicable regulations and company standards. Qualifications Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management. Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Hands‑on field experience, with the ability and willingness to directly engage with healthcare professionals and generate first‑hand customer execution and insights. Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives in a complex environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working with Medical and Market Access functions.
