Typical Schedule Monday through Friday afternoons Most shifts: 1:30 PM–5:30 PM Wednesday early-release shifts begin around 12:30 PM No evenings No weekends No holiday work Perfect for college students, aspiring teachers, coaches, retirees, parents returning to work, or anyone looking for meaningful part-time employment. What You\'ll Be Doing No two afternoons are exactly alike. You\'ll help create an engaging, supportive environment where children can play, learn, explore, and build confidence while having fun. Your day may include: Leading active games and outdoor recreation Organizing arts, crafts, STEM, and enrichment activities Supporting homework and academic success Encouraging teamwork, kindness, and positive behavior Building strong relationships with children and families Helping maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming program You\'re a Great Fit If You... You don\'t need years of experience—you need the right attitude.
